Natural hair oil was okay

I tried the Natural Hair Oil. It was pretty good, made my hair feel softer. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine. Nothing super amazing, but it did the job. I'd probably buy it again if I needed more.

Good value on skincare

Decent products, slow shipping

I ordered the Organic Body Lotion and the Gentle Face Wash. Both products are quite nice; the lotion smells great and isn't greasy, and the face wash is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. However, shipping took nearly two weeks to get to me in Texas, which was a bit longer than I expected. The packaging was good, and everything arrived intact. I wish delivery was faster, but overall, I'm happy with the quality of the products I got.

Anyone done a return with Eclat Soin? How easy was it? And what's their policy like, do I get my money back if I just don't like it?

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month for an eye cream that just didn't work for me. You just follow the instructions on their site, send it back and they refund you. I think it has to be within 30 days and not completely used up.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried it before with a first-time discount and a sale item, it didn't work. Had to pick one.

Shipping to NYC for me was pretty quick, like 5-7 business days from when I ordered. The Vitamin C serum is legit, my skin felt brighter after a few weeks.

I have super sensitive skin and the Hydrating Face Cream and Gentle Face Wash have been totally fine for me. No redness or breakouts at all. They're Ecocert certified too, which kinda helps me trust them more.

They say their products are made in the EU and follow strict regulations, so that usually means they're pretty careful with ingredients. Haven't had an issue with my mildly sensitive skin.

How does Éclat Soin compare to like, The Ordinary or Biossance? I'm looking for a new Vitamin C serum and can't decide.

I'd say Éclat Soin is a step up from The Ordinary in terms of ingredient quality and overall feel, but maybe not as pricey as some Biossance stuff. The Vitamin C serum feels more premium than TO's for sure. It's Ecocert too, which is a plus.

Definitely more 'clean beauty' focused than The Ordinary. I think it's worth it for the certifications if that's what you're looking for. Biossance is good too but Éclat Soin has a different vibe.
